招聘职位:

一、DM技术应用工程师
1.大专以上学历,机械工程相关专业毕业
2.两年以上模具或机加工相关工作经验,有电火花、线切割操作经验者优先
3.懂CAD,良好的英语和普通话交流能力及沟通技巧,能经常出差。

二、应用部调试工程师
1.五年以上CNC加工经验
2.三年以上CNC编程经验,能熟练应用各种编程技巧
3.英语熟练者优先
4.有加工工艺经验优先
5.有汽车动力总成零部件加工经验或工艺经验者优先

三、区域销售经理
1.大专以上学历,机械及相关专业优先;
2.5-8年以上机床/工具销售经验,其中至少3年管理团队经验,有汽车动力总成零件加工设备销售经验优先;
3.英语读、写、说流利,同时会日语者优先;
4.具备良好的沟通技巧,有团队协作精神,能长期出差。

四、销售工程师(3名)
1.大专以上学历,机械及相关专业优先;
2.两年以上机床/工具销售经验,有汽车动力总成零件加工设备销售经验优先;
3.能完成基本的英语读、说、写;
4.具备良好的沟通技巧和团队协作精神,能经常出差。
(工作地点:天津)

五、现场服务工程师(5名)
1.机电专业,大专以上学历
2.至少1年CNC机床安装、维修经验,具丰富的机床刀具知识
3.良好的英语说写能力,懂日语日优先。
(工作地点:成都:1人 ;天津:2人;昆山:2人)

六、机加工工艺工程师
1.大专毕业,3年以上相关工作经验,机械工程或机电一体化专业。
2.熟悉数控机床零件加工程序的编写(G,M,T 等指令)
3.维护和安排零件加工工艺技术流程
4.了解机床的基本性能和加工能力
5.懂得在生产过程中如何进行数据统计和分析
6.能设计机加工所需工装夹具
7.有熟练的电脑操作能,英语读写能力良好,能使用CAD软件

七、Marketing Assistant
- Diploma or above
- Has experience arrangement job for exhibition, open house, seminar.
- English knowledge
- Basic knowledge for trading (import/export)
- Local first

八、Die Mold Manager-Back Room
- Understanding of high speed machining, machine processing, EDM, and Wire EDM
- Supervisory/Manager experience
- Mold Maker or Tool & Die Maker
- CNC Milling machine knowledge and operation
- Understanding of Cad CAM
- EDM and Wire EDM knowledge
- Makino Machine’s operation knowledge
- Degree
- Technical experience within the mold industry
- Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously/organizational skills

九、Die Mold Manager-Front End

十、ER & Admin Supervisor
Qualification Requirement:
-Education: college degree or above, basic accounting knowledge is a plus
-Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in the management of the Employee relationship, and more than 5 years professional administration management experience in MNC, work experience in plant is preferred.
-Language: Fluent English and Chinese spoken and written communication skills
-Computer Skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint
-Ability: work under pressure, understand point of view of employees, customer oriented working attitude, work independently
-Others: carefulness, high working efficiency ,pleasant personality, Enthusiastic and patient, self-motivated, highly adaptable to new environment, good interpersonal communication skill

Responsibility:
-Develop, recommend and implement employee relationship programs, policies and practices to ensure and maintain strong attraction , motivate and retain a competent workforce in the company.
-To manage and implement all affairs and activities concerning employee relations within the company, especially in employee morale or satisfactory survey and improvement action plan ; Deal with the employee complain
-To coordinate with other HR members to carry HR goal and objectives
-Establish and maintain good relationships with local governmental authorities, especially Police,
-Administrative policy and process establishment and improvement
-Administrative budget setup and control, analyze, give monthly consumption report, as support for cost saving approaches.
-Supervise daily administrative operation ,include vehicle, Air ticket, express, staff apartments, conference room, landscaping, rubbish disposal, environmental , safety ,garden, etc;
-Be responsible for company security assurance
-Asset management, including office furniture, mobile phones and small appliances
-Recycling and energy communications program
-VIP visitor reception and service
-In change of company’s business license register modification, annual check ,etc
-Support the sales office register, modification, annual check, etc
-Select , closely contact and manage food supplier to ensure qualified dining supply

-Keep security of the company with guard
-visas, permits application, foreign employees apartment management

十一、Training & Development Manager
Report to: HR & Admin Manager
Qualification Requirement:
-Education: University Graduate in Human Resources / Learning & Development / Organizational Development.
-Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in training management. Minimum 3 years experience in organizational development, Working experience with MNC is a must . Project and team leader experience is a plus.
-Language: Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and Mandarin. is required
-Computer Skills: Good MS Office Application software skills such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word, Outlook, email etc
-Ability: -Excellent time-management, Fast learner, Good communication and presentation skills, Able to work under pressure, Creative and innovative style, Project management
-Others: Results-focused, Work independently

Responsibility:
-Set up organizational training & development strategies to support the organization’s focus
- Design and implement programs and initiatives to promote the organizational culture
--Set up ,evaluate, manage training and development policy, programs and processes
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the training budget
-To design, organize training, development & assessment activities to improve competencies and effectiveness of employees
-.Determine best methodology for most efficient and cost-effective learning solutions.
- In charge of internal trainers framework
-Maintain and update employee and organizational training records and documentation.
-Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in and organization
-Coordinate with external training vendor and internal training recourses.
-Provide effective systems to support the development of our employee’s professional capabilities.
- To play an active role in the identification, development & succession planning of talents
